Celebrating a Bountiful Summer Harvest

Summer has been particularly generous to us this year at Combe d'Humbert! Despite some heavy rains at the beginning of the season, our crops benefited from perfect sunshine.

We have just finished harvesting our cereals (spelt and emmer) with excellent yields. Our mill is now running at full capacity to prepare artisanal flours of exceptional quality, perfect for your autumn breads and pastries.

On the dairy side, the cows have taken advantage of the exceptional floral richness of our Mont-Soleil pastures. The summer milk has allowed us to mature beautiful wheels of cheese that are currently developing their aromas in our cellars. You will soon find them in our farm shop and at our usual markets.

A huge thank you to our apprentices, interns, and volunteers who worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk to make this harvest possible. Your energy brings this place to life!
